3 boys are at school arguing who has the fastest father. The first boy says "My father can shoot his bow and arrow and beat the arrow before it reaches its target, he's that fast." The second boy says "That's nothing, my Dad can shoot his gun and he can beat the bullet before it reaches the target, he's that fast." The second boy shakes his head and says "My Dad works for the federal govt. He gets off work at 4:00 o'clock everyday and is home by 3:30, he's that fast."
