The X-Files are back, and considering nine seasons before this new one and many movies it has made many memorable moments, created famous quotes and had a bunch of guest stars. Here are some of these stars.

Jodie Foster. She never technically appears but she's the voice of a haunted tattoo in episode "Never Again" from season 4.

Bryan Cranston. He was in "Drive", season 6. The episode was made by Vince Gilligan the creator of Breaking Bad.

Danny Trejo appeared in season's 8 "Redrum" and was, like always, the guy with knives.

Giovanni Ribisi had some out of this world abilities in season 3, episode 3.

Jack Black was also in said episode.

Dean Norris played a sheriff in "F. Emasculata", season 2. A role that is said to be the reason he played an agent in Breaking Bad.

Alex Trebek and Jessie Ventura starred in "Josie Chung's From Outer Space" from season 3.

Michael Buble is hard to notice in "Piper Maru" (also season 3).

Kurtwood Smith. Red Forman was Mulder's mentor in season's 3 "Grotesque".

Don Swayze, Patrick Swayze's brother, was seen in "Hellbound", season 9.

Xander Berkley. He played a lot in the last 23 years, also in the X-Files in the "Ice" episode of season 1.

In the same episode there was Felicity Huffman, it was her first big role.

Scott Wilson before he was Hershel (The Walking Dead) he was in season 7 of X-Files.

Tobin Bell. Jigsaw himself was in "Brand X" of season 7.

Michael Emerson. Another actor from The Saw was in season 9 episode 18.

Dave Grohl, another musician to have to work hard to spot in "Pusher".

Jewel Staite known from Firefly was a kidnap victim in "Oubliette" (season 3).

Tony Shalhoub. His Monk is legendary and his acting in season's 2 "Soft Light" made this episode one of the greatest episodes.

Jessie L. Martin played an alien baseball player ("The Unnatural", season 6).

Lucy Liu. Her role in "Hell Money", season 3, was a surprise to many.

B.D. Wong plays a detective in the same episode as Liu.

Eddie Kaye Thomas. Mister Finch was in season 7 and 8.

David Faustino. Known as Bud Bundy could be seen in "Sunshine Days". The season's 9 episode ended badly for his character.

Joe Morton and Robert Patrick also appeared in "Redrum".

Bruce Campbell played a demon in "Terms of Endearment", season 6.

Ryan Reynolds died quickly in "Syzygy" (season 3).

Luke Wilson was in one of the funniest episodes- "Bad Blood" from season 5.

Jeffrey DeMunn. Another actor from "The Walking Dead" became a victim of black goo in the 1998 movie.

Will Sasso was in "Je Souhaite" (season 7).

Burt Reynolds does not fully remember this, but he played in season's 9 "Improbable".
