Sergei Kutovoy was just like any other teen growing up in Moscow, hanging out with friends, flirting with girls, staying warm. At the age of 17, tragedy hit when he was involved in devastating car crash, resulting in the loss of one of his legs. After the devastating realization of losing his leg, he fell into a deep depression resulting in him gaining over 300 pounds

Moving around started to become even more difficult, and that’s when he decided not to feel sorry for himself anymore and make a change. He didn’t want his tragedy to get the better of him, so he decided to turn his life around for the better. With the help from his friends, which happily filled the roll of his gym partners, he transformed his life as he strived to get into the best shape of his life. In the two years after the crash, he totally transformed his body and his life couldn’t be better. He even landed a new girlfriend.
