This was taken at Superior, WI Wal-Mart on 12-31-07,( while she ran in to shop) a few weeks after the driver of this car gave parking tickets to at least 20 people attending their grandchildren's Christmas concert at a Superior elementery school. The sign just behind her says NO PARKING.
