Fashion Must Haves

I'm just slightly curious of the following: 1. Whats going through these fashion designers heads? 2. Were they smoking crack when they designed these? 3. Who wears this ridiculous things? 4. Do these outrageous "clothes" even sell? and 5. If they do sell, how much does this crap cost?
