This website is terrible with how it uses editing. I couldn't submit it. The picture took up too much space so I didn't see a button to submit. It wouldn't let me draw. I'm on my computer not my phone so I don't understand why this is a problem. I've even reloaded the page. Just let me upload a file from my computer why don't you? Limited descrip.
