It was May 26 2014 when Victoria was born in Trois-Rivieres, Canada. 16 hours later she was kidnapped by a woman pretending to be a nurse. When the staff realized what happened it was too late, all they could do was post a picture of the woman and a description of the getaway car on Facebook. Surprisingly it was enough- the kidnapper's neighbor recognized her and called the Police, Victoria was back after 3,5 hours. -

71 year old woman fell in her kitchen and could not get up; the phone was too far but there was a computer not far. The woman posted that she needs help and her daughter-in-law alerted the old woman's neighbors. -

In April of 2009 a 16 year old from England told his American friend he is going to kill himself. His friend was very upset and contacted the American Police, Police contacted the Embassy and British Police saved the boy, who was already unconscious. -

North Wales, Pennsylvania pool had an employee who was very liked. When he needed a kidney transplant doctors said it would take him 6 years to find a kidney, but when he posted about this on Facebook he received a kidney from a woman who used to go to that pool years earlier. -

06 10 2014 had a big storm, and a lot of people went outside to "enjoy" the weather. But it turned gruesome when a lightning caused a tree to fall on a house. Unable to call for help a 10 year old used Facebook to inform about the situation. -

It was 2012 and a two month old Arianna needed a kidney transplant. But almost two years later she still waited for a new kidney, so a relative posted a plea asking for help. The post was read by a mother from Florida which decided to help, the mother saved Arianna's life. -

A mother saw her 4 year old has a rash in his mouth, the doctor said it was nothing and prescribed antibiotics. The next day the boy's mouth was swollen, so the mother went to another doctor who said it was Scarlet Fever and said medicine will help; it didn't. It was until the mother posted about this on Facebook and someone said it was Kawasaki disease, the boy was checked for the third time and this time treated for what he really had. -

In December 2011 a woman posted on Facebook that she and her son will be dead before morning. Alerted family and friends asked what is going on and received zero response. Finally someone called the Police, when officers came to the house the woman's boyfriend said everything was alright and there is no reason to talk with her. Despite the guy's efforts Policemen didn't believe him and after a lot of talking the man let them in. The woman said she was indeed alright but she was visibly beaten and afraid; it turned out her boyfriend took away her phone and kept her in the house for days but he forgot about her laptop.
