Nipple piercing with a pellet gun. WTF?

This guy's "friend" uses a pair of pliers to pull his nipple waaaaaaay out, and another friend shoots it from the side with a pellet gun. Blood immediately starts gushing from both holes, and the kid is in a lot of pain
