Robbery ends really bad

Confusing at first but basicly the bike and car are the bad guys going after dude on the side walk, which just withdrawal around 5k but undercover cop gets biker with loot at the end of the street killing him, car tries to bail but gets caught as well, clear? no? fuck you i tried
