Jimmy Carter opens his mouth to outdo Obama

Former President Jimmy Carter went on a trip to meet with officials in North Korea. He was not there to call for the release of an Korean-American being held there for performing missionary work. Instead he used his time to blast the United States for sanctions on North Korea which he believes are human rights violations.
