Guy ticketed at the Detroit High Times Medical Cannabis Cup

The Incredibowl glass booth from Colorado was ticketed with all other vendors that sold any paraphernalia under city ordinance. Several visits made and were loudly cheered each time they left. But vendor booths were forced by police order to shut down.
