A three-year-old boy, missing for one day, was rescued from the sewer system in the northern Colombian city of Barranquilla on Wednesday. Jeampier Silvera Arteta was reported missing by his family on Tuesday evening after he disappeared while playing in a sand-filled construction zone with his two brothers.
