Meatball the cat tips the scales at 2.5 stone - four times the weight of an average cat. The four-year-old was brought to Maricopa County Animal Care and Control by owners who could no longer care for him. Meatball, who weighs more than a three-year-old child, had to be weighed on scales for dogs as he was too heavy for cat scales.
