When the man at the center of a nationwide manhunt was arrested in Buffalo, NY, the local NBC affiliate WGRZ-TV realized it wasn't the first time Alexander Hill has appeared on their air. It turns out Erica Brecher had interviewed him just weeks ago while he was still on the loose and going by an alias name.
