AUSTIN -- The animal rights group Central Texas Animal Defense is attempting to get local restaurants to remove Foie Gras from their menus. They are now boycotting the restaurants that have refused to remove the dish, which is duck or goose liver. FOX 7's Foti Kallergis reports.
