XM Radio CSR Manager calling me TWICE to tell me off at 12AM... AFTER I argued with her for 30 minutes! I was trying to CANCEL my account before the trial was up and I wanted my refund. I obviously got nowhere, and frustrated, finally told her to kiss my ass and hung up! I never did get that refund, or so much as an apology -- only another bill! Ft
