MAPLE HEIGHTS, OH - #Police in Maple Heights responded to a report of a man passed out at an intersection because of an apparent drug #overdose, possibly #Heroin, recently that was broadcast live on Facebook by a facebook user. The man was found slumped over in his van at Lee Road and Broadway Avenue around 10 a.m. March 28, according to police.
