Step 1: Make a deal to sink an American ship to get them into the war. 2: Send USS Liberty to chill a few miles off the coast. Step 3: Send planes to knock out communications. Step 4: Send torpedoes to sink the ship. Step 5: Send helicopters with machine-gunners to kill all survivors. (Failed false-flag!!!)
