We're all aware of Joe Rogan's success as a popular podcast host, but we tend to forget that Rogan is a trained fighter and holds a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
It should be no surprise that Rogan has held the record for the most powerful kick recorded since 2018. That year, Rogan broke the record on a PowerKube of 129,000 previously held by Francis Ngannou. Rogan hit 151,000.
However, in February of this year, MMA fighters Lorenz Larkin and Aljamain Sterling decided to take a whack at Rogan's record. Now let's remember Joe Rogan was already in his 50s (and in jeans) when he recorded the highest force. Take that for what it's worth. Larkin and Sterling are professional MMA fighters in the prime of their careers.
