A Man Named Mark Zuckerberg Is Suing the Real Mark Zuckerberg for Banning Him for Naming His Facebook Page ‘Mark Zuckerberg’

Please don’t make me say the name again.

It’s not easy sharing a name with a famous person. It’s especially hard when that name is Mark Zuckerberg and you’re trying to open a Facebook account.

An Indianapolis bankruptcy attorney with the name, uh, Mark Zuckerberg, knows this pain well. According to local NBC affiliate WTHR, Zuckerberg has had his personal Facebook account taken down four times and his business account, which shares his name, removed five times.

After attempting to solve the issue through Facebook itself, Zuckerberg says he’s just going to sue Meta until they stop banning him. “I’ve got better things to do than sue Facebook. They have more money and more lawyers and more resources than I do,” he told WTHR. “I’d rather not pick a fight with them, but I don’t know how else to make them stop!"

He may actually have a case, as he claims that being removed from Facebook has cost him ads and client money, as the removal of his pages makes it more difficult to find him. Then again, what do *I* know? I’m no Mark Zuckerberg!
