Woman Arrested for Allegedly Pretending to Be a Dentist, Using Krazy Glue to Attach Teeth
Turns out you need an “education” and a “license” to do that stuff.

A woman in Florida (but of course!) was arrested after it was alleged that she was performing dentistry procedures without a license using, well, art supplies.
According to 7 News, Emely Martinez had a business in which she advertised that she could do things like install veneers and perform cosmetic dentistry. However, she didn’t actually have a license or proper training to do so, which is why she ended up doing things like (allegedly) attaching people’s veneers with Krazy Glue.
Her practice only caught the attention of law enforcement after there were complaints of complications for which Martinez refused to offer a refund. Apparently, she’s been doing this since at least January, and there are accusations that she also pulled teeth and gave children veneers.
Police are now advising that, if you’re going to get dental work done, please make sure that your dentist is real. Good advice, I think.
