Now if someone wanted to make an important purchase you wouldn't do it shit faced but in our day and age finding a partner while completely smashed is the norm, that or choosing your partner while swiping left or right, if two people get together and fuck on the first date without protection and she gets knocked up and has a kid even if the two of them stick together they might be fuck ups as parents they may not be productive members of society. I am sick of seeing stupid bastards on low incomes with ten cunt kids cos the government keeps them financially, I hate seeing it as I who the kids will grow up to have more cuntier kids that suckle on the fat teat of society while the responsible people only have one or two as that's all they can afford to bring into this world. 

We talk about abortions and being pro choice as well as defunct and obsolete religions trying to tell us that we should or should not use birth control, god damn I think it should be a legal requirement. I think that you should have a fucking license to breed and not just that you should be made to complete courses and pass exams in order to obtain this license, as well as pass a period of probation working in the childcare sector before being allowed to procreate. If you think I am yanking your chain think again. If you want to drive a vehicle you have to pass a test to prove you are proficient, so we accept that to operate a vehicle we need to learn to use it properly as if you don't there can be serious consequences.  Well if you have to have a drivers license you should need a license to breed, if a child is not raised right by adults who are a blight on society then they will grow up to be a blight on society.

I have worked in government benefit services and one of the mandatory questions was a persons parents occupation and the percentage of people who've said that their parents had never worked was astounding and shock horror the benefits these were claiming were unemployment benefits as well as the all to transparent "incapacity to work benefit" well if these fuckers want to fire kids out of their vaginas then they should have to pass tests and gain a license. Not just them we all do. It may sound outlandish or it may sound draconian but why the fuck not? Not only is world population growing rapidly but so are people living a lot longer too. There will come a time in the future where we will be at crisis and I think that this very measure will be discussed it will have to be. I am not saying it should be a system to eliminate low income families, or people with disabilities or anything horrid like that I just believe that if everyone had to work to the same standard to achieve the same license to breed then perhaps we may get the same results of more productive members of our society.
