Weightlifting

Hello everybody. Today I am writing on a subject that I really enjoy, and that is weightlifting. I really enjoy lifting weights, it makes me feel good and I enjoy seeing the results that come out of working hard. Now, I bench 300, squat 450, and I power cleaned 300 the other day. Now, if you don't know what this means, don't make any smart-ass comments. But i was just wondering if any of ya'll lifted weights. And if you do, what are your one rep maxes? That's all for now.
