It amazes me; the stupidity of the religious right. Like moths to a flame, the word of the bible they follow as though, well, it was more than a worthless shitty book that it is. I think Danielle Steele couldn't have penned something more vigoursly boring and useless if she tried.

I for one somewhat hoped that Rapture would occur. All the God-fearing Christians would have been swept to heaven, leaving the remaining "sinners" here on Earth to repopulate the globe.

Of course, the joke would be on them. With all the Christians up there, and the rest of us down here, they'd soon realize they took Hell with them.
