We’ve been fascinated for a week now with the NPC TikTok Live streamers. The sound effects and vocal ticks are the new ASMR. But even more interesting is how much bank these women are making. Better yet, people have discovered that Timbaland is the biggest financial contributor to Pinkydoll, the most popular NPC live streamer on TikTok.

“Timbaland in the building!” exclaimed Pinkydoll, breaking character during a recent TikTok Live after she noticed the producer sending her gifts.

When a TikToker is live you can view their fan rankings and see which viewer is giving the most donations. And Timbaland has been tipping heavily on his main account.

In all, Timbaland has donated more than 2,000 coins, TikTok’s virtual currency. Depending on if the Grammy-winning producer bought the coins in a bundle, he may have spent between $20 to $280 on a lady repeating “ice cream so good” while popping popcorn with a hair straightener.

“Timbaland having a NPC fetish wasn’t on my 2023 bingo card,” tweeted @holy_trilogyXO.

“Oh we can all become obsessed with her but Timbaland can’t?” argued @afeverdreamhigh.

He’s certainly not the only enthralled celebrity. ATL Jacob, a record producer known for his work with Future, is competing with Timbaland for the top spot in Pinkydoll’s rankings. “I think I broke her…,” he tweeted with a clip of Pinykdoll’s failing to keep up with the amount of gifts he’s been sending her.

It’s still, though, not enough to vault him higher than Timbaland. It’s like Verzuz but instead of battling it out with your recording catalog, it’s how many “TikTok shuttles” and “money guns” you can send to a 27-year-old woman acting like a robot.
