After years of half-joking Twitter shitposts calling for a “Yelp for men,” exasperated women drained with our ever-bleak dating scene have finally gotten their wish – enter Hulah, a dating app requiring every man to have a personal endorsement from a woman in his life.

Touting itself as “the dating app that empowers women to take control of their dating lives and date only better guys,” per its App Store description, the platform was seemingly inspired by founder Heather Hopkins’ frustration with finding quality men worthy of her time.

“I thought there were no good guys left until I realized I knew a few and my girlfriends also knew a few,” she wrote in a Twitter post back in March. “I started a dating app where you get paid to add in good guys and help other women find better guys.”

@itsheatherhopkins PSA !!!!!!!!!! Whatttttt in the amazingness is happening here #dating #datingapps #femalefounder #betterguys #trendingsounds ♬ meanwhile im turnt asf - majae.

Though it’s unclear how many people currently use the app, several sounded off on just how much they love the concept on social media.

“Dang, I’ve been saying this all my dating years that men need to come with a resume,” wrote TikTok user @therav4girl.

“This..is…genius,” said @funnybunnybaby.

Hulah: because we can’t have Yelp for dudes.
