Though he may have relied on AAA for roadside assistance for over a quarter of a century, one angry driver recently proved he most definitely did not know how to receive in-person assistance, berating an employee after his 26-year membership was canceled.

“Are you sorry for what you did for me?” the cross customer, whose identity is still unknown, can be heard yelling at an employee at what appears to be a AAA location.

Though the worker politely apologized for “the circumstances,” the man in question was having none of her mea culpa, instead, opting to berate her further.

“Are you sorry for what you did to me or are you not?” he fired back, dubbing her a “failure, failure failure!” and detailing how the cancellation of his membership — one that could be easily re-activated — had allegedly harmed his entire family.

“You hurt me and you will sadly have to take that to your grave!” he exclaimed as an apparently growing group of observers gathered to witness the scene. “I choose to forgive you for the hurt and cause of all the pain [sic] to me and my family!”

But even with this incredibly aggressive avowal of this forgiveness, the man was still seeing red, so much that a bystander decided to intervene.

“Okay, enough,” the man said, approaching the irate driver, who took his attempt at de-escalation as a “come at me bro”

“If you wanna hit me, hit me buddy! If you wanna do something to me then do it! Go ahead, go ahead!” he yelled, before screaming yet again, that he forgave the clerk.

So take it from this pissed-off boomer — the best way to express forgiveness is to scream at service workers at the top of your lungs.
