Some of you know about my earlier blogs about why america is so fucked up.

But the main reason is everyone is so DAMNED SUE HAPPY.

Can anyone tell me why everyone wants to sue everyone and their mother, or even why they win the goddamned case whe IT'S THEIR OWN FAULT?

Like this one case where this woman tripped over her own kid in a furniture store and successfully sued the place...or when some guy got locked in the garage of this house he was robbing for, and got 20 million out of the guy.

...If you ask me, this is what makes me want to punch a baby...
