Has anyone else noticed how many blogs are centered around controversial (sp.) opinionated psychos?

Now i'm up for arguments about eating a bacon chessburger (which are GODLY) or talking about what you would do if a muslim guy sat next to you on an airplane...but what happened to all of the jokes that were posted here?

Good god, I loved reading the funny insurance claims from that guy with a skull for an avatar (dont have a name), or random jokes because of that crappy word limit...i meen jeesus...
