1. She looked like a garbage bag blowing across the street.
2. But in reality...
3. She was a dog covered in dirty, matted hair.
4. It must have taken about 2 years to grow this mess.
5. She could barely see.

8. It was heavy.
9. And not only that, but it was filled with dirt, mites and other bugs.
10. They searched for a microchip.
11. They found one, but no address or number was attached to it.
12. She was totally alone.
13. It was time for a haircut.
14. After being groomed, it was confirmed she was a girl.
15. Her age was approximately 6-7 years old.
16. She was frightened of loud noises and people.
17. But after going home with her rescuers, she warmed up a bit.
