Gender reveals rarely go off without a hitch.  

There have been many destructive gender reveals. From the pilot who crashed his plane to the couple who started a brush fire, if you're going to hold a gender reveal, you better get some good insurance first. 

And such is the case with this gender reveal.  While the destruction wasn't newsworthy, one woman sitting in the front row got more than she asked for when a plume of blue powder covered her face.
