female victim was shopping at a grocery store in the area of Yonge Street and Meadowview Avenue in the Town of Richmond Hill. As she was browsing the items on a shelf she noticed that a man crouched down beside her to look at the same shelf. The victim felt something on the inside of her leg. When she turned to look, she saw the man moving his han
