At the UN Assembly, Drumpf sounded slow and slurred, like a 3rd grader reading an unfamiliar story in class. Either 1) Drumpf's been drugged, 2) Drumpf has problems with his mental faculties, 3) Drumpf has a difficulty in reading fluently, or 4) ALL THE ABOVE.
