Every employee deserves a yearly raise regardless of their position. We all deserve to live comfortably. But if you work for a $5 billion dollar company they definitely make enough profit to afford every employee more than an 18 cent raise. That's what happened to this employee who told their story on r/Antiwork.
The corporation they work for gave a performance review and they were told they were satisfactory, but the raise was not equal to their review. Hopefully, they take the advice from the comments and move on to a company that respects their work.
