76-year-old Florida man, Donald Steimle is arrested and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, after allegedly driving his Porsche Cayenne into a worker directing traffic in Flagler County, Florida.

On November 3rd in Flagler County Florida, a road was condensed down to one lane of traffic due to road work. Donald Steimle attempted to go around the traffic past the work crews and struck a worker who was trying to stop him from going around them. Steimle claims the worker noticed his high-end vehicle and is just attempting to make a quick buck with a frivolous lawsuit.
