The Guinness Book of World Records has some pretty cool records
for sure, but can we acknowledge that perhaps not all of them should exist? This man, David Rush, goes out and breaks as many world records as he can. In this ridiculous clip, he sets the record for putting the most thumb tacks into a cork board in one minute, at 180 tacks.
Rush holds over 200 records, and says he does what he does to inspire children, and show them that if they set their mind to something they can achieve anything. While that sentiment is noble, I'm not sure what this particular skill might showcase. Does anyone know what the highest secretary salary is?
I take some issue with the set up. Should the tacks be allowed to be pre set the way they are? Either way, the fact that this is the second time he's set the record is impressive, if only for the fact he has devoted so much time to it.
